How does your pricing work / What is a Credit?
Customers simply purchase Credits and use them as and when needed.
1 Credit is equivalent to 1 URL of a piece of online coverage OR a single social media post.
Each time you add a URL, 1 Credit is removed from your balance.
When you purchase new Credits, they are added on to your current balance.
Do you offer monthly or annual subscriptions?
At present we do not offer a subscription model.
It can be difficult to predict exactly how much coverage will be achieved on a month by month basis. Furthermore, many PRs work on ad hoc projects, or report quarterly or annually for example.
A Credits based approach offers greater flexibility and cost control for customers.
What happens if I run out of Credits?
If you run out of Credits, a prompt will appear and you will be given the option to buy more.
Do you bill in USD, EUR or other currencies?
We are a UK based business and at present, bill in GBP only. This may change in future.
Will I get receipts for my purchases?
Yes, receipts will automatically be sent by email to the account owner.
Can you send me an upfront invoice?
Sorry, we take payment via automatic card charges only.
What happens if I delete my account?
Any remaining Credits will also be deleted. Sorry, we don't offer refunds.
