There are plenty of options when exporting data.

 

Click 'Export' above your data table

 

 

An options window will appear

 

1. Select tabs to export (online coverage, social posts or both)

 

 

2. Choose to export all rows, or only those previously selected in the table

 

 

3. Choose date ranges (by date published, or added to LoveMetrics)

 

 

4. All metrics will be exported by default, but you can select specific ones for both tabs

 

 

5. Finally, choose Excel (this will split into two tabs within the spreadsheet) or CSV format

 

 

The export will include your chosen data with totals and averages
